The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS), as the founder of HKIS and the registered owner of the HKIS Repulse Bay Campus, is reluctantly taking legal action against HKISAL for alleged breaches of contract.

We are making preparations to establish a new school – HKPS – if HKISAL is unable to operate HKIS in accordance with our contract.

Our vision is for HKPS to be a world-class international school open to all in Hong Kong. We plan for HKPS to teach a similar curriculum in the same facilities as HKIS at Repulse Bay – at lower fees and without “priority access” debentures.
